Become a Friend or Patron

Dear Festival Supporter

Stratford Literary Festival is a registered charity and uses its skills and contacts to try and improve literacy, life skills and well-being through books and reading. We rely on support for our extensive education and outreach programme. By becoming a Festival Friend or Patron, you will be supporting our literature and reading projects in schools; our monthly reading group which welcome people who are lonely or feel socially isolated; our bedtime story writing projects in which prisoners create stories for thie children, and life memoir projects with older people in the community.

Thank you for your very valuable support.

Or Simply Make a Donation

We welcome donations, however small, towards the work of the Festival, and your donation will help us to grow the very valuable work we do in promoting the value of literacy. We are also able to claim Gift Aid on your donation. Gift Aid allows UK charities to claim back the basic rate tax already paid on donations by the donor. This means we can claim from the government 25p for every £1 donated, boosting the value of a donation by a quarter. If you are happy just to make a donation, however small, please let us know.

Thank you very much for your support.
