Jodi Picoult - A Spark of Light

Sun 28th October 2018
7.00pm - 8.00pm
Stratford Artshouse
£20 including a signed book

The very engaging author of twenty four internationally best-selling novels, including Small Great Things, joins us on a exclusive, limited book tour to talk about her latest novel, A Spark of Light. With over 25 million books sold in 35 countries, she is never afraid to confront difficult issues head on, and this time the acclaimed author considers the provocative issue of the right to life and the right to choose. The center for women's reproductive health offers a last chance at hope but its very existence is controversial, and to the demonstrators who barricade the building every day, the service it offers is no different from legalised murder. Now life and death decisions are being made horrifyingly real as a lone protester with a gun has taken the staff, patients and visitors hostage.

Tickets: £20
Your ticket includes a discounted copy of her book (RRP £16.99). Books will be pre-signed by Jodi and she will be happy to meet readers after the event.
