Join us for a lunchtime culinary odyssey to Mexico and California with the acclaimed chef, restaurateur, and TV presenter who’ll be sharing recipes and experiences from his new book and accompanying TV series. Rick Stein, who put Padstow on the map, has written over 20 cookery books, an autobiography and made over 30 cookery programmes. He has also cooked for everyone from The Queen to the Indian Prime Minister Narandra Modi.
Rick is best known for a love of fresh seafood and made his name in the 90s with his earliest books and television series based on his life as chef and owner of Cornish Seafood Restaurant. Since then he has journeyed around the world in search of great dishes, and has won a host of awards, accolades and fans. His best-selling cookery books include Rick Stein’s Seafood, French Odyssey, Coast to Coast, Far Eastern Odyssey, Spain, Rick Stein’s India, Fish and Shellfish, From Venice to Istanbul and Long Weekends. His memoir Under a Mackerel Sky was shortlisted for a British Book Award in 2013.

He will be signing copies of his latest book.
