Tracy Chevalier: New Boy

Thu 27th April 2017
7.00pm - 8.00pm
Stratford Artshouse

Part of the ground breaking Hogarth Shakespeare Project, we bring you the launch of the latest in the series. One of our most successful historical novelists transplants Othello to a 1970s playground where a young black boy arrives at an all-white school and finds himself at the centre of a vicious plot of jealousy, betrayal and revenge. Tracy Chevalier’s international best seller Girl with a Pearl Earring was made into a major film. She is also editor of Reader I Married Him: Stories Inspired by Jane Eyre.
