School Events
A part of the 2008 Festival we took leading authors into schools for special events including:
Adele Geras, prolific writer and author of TROY and ITHAKA, talking to girls at Stratford Grammar School at Shottery.
Jeremy Strong who helped The Croft School celebrate 75 years!
Justin Richards, author of thrillers and the Dr Who series, talked to boys at King Edward VI's.
Robert Muchamore, bestselling suthor of the CHERUB series, told year 7, 8 and 9s at Stratford High School about his success.
PLUS Gillian Cross appeared at Kitebrook House and in the Festival marquee with children from Bridgetown School.
